bc0726aaa6 update ios config: align deployment target, add privacy manifest 
- align IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET from 13.0 to 15.0 across all build
  configurations to match Podfile platform version
- update AppFrameworkInfo.plist MinimumOSVersion from 13.0 to 15.0
- add PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy for App Store compliance (required since May 2024)

68a6c57cf2 update android config: migrate gradle to kts, upgrade firebase plugins, fix edge-to-edge 
- migrate settings.gradle, build.gradle, app/build.gradle to kotlin dsl (.kts)
- upgrade java/kotlin compatibility from 1.8 to 17
- upgrade firebase gradle plugins (google-services 4.4.4, crashlytics 3.0.6, perf 2.0.2)
- remove jetifier, add gradle caching and parallel builds
- fix windowDrawsSystemBarBackgrounds for edge-to-edge at targetSdk 36
- add dataExtractionRules for android 12+ backup compliance
- use layout.buildDirectory api (replaces deprecated buildDir)

da2eeee518 update claude and copilot instructions for accuracy 
- fix global stores documentation (add GlobalAssetsStore location, remove UserStore)
- correct error handling docs (typed exceptions via BaseApiClient, not Future.error)
- add missing lint rules (avoid_redundant_argument_values, unnecessary_parenthesis)
- fix emote factory methods (add all 4: fromTwitch, fromBTTV, fromFFZ, from7TV)
- update build_runner commands to modern dart run syntax
- add MobX reactions examples and API architecture section
- align commit convention with actual repo style (lowercase, no prefixes)
