fixed an issue that caused the face tracker to crash if I left the frame
...
added a second filter on face detection that requires the faces to be a certain size

Did a bunch to make webcams work at higher resolutions without issues
...
now I'm sending stale frame data instead of none if the camera falls behind
and I have automatic switches to help with video higher than 480p on linux
and I adjusted the timings to keep the camera from falling behind

Setup a feature to allow the use of EmilianaVT's featureExtracotor

will need to test it, it seems to work better than I rememebr, if it keeps working that good I might juse make it the default
