3140f9bb55 Prevent players from hiding Fog of War layers

Details 
Clients could toggle fog visibility (and fade alpha); DisplayData synced
that to everyone and defeated FoW. Block client set_visible/set_alpha,
clamp host-side DisplayData updates, and ignore eye toggles for fog.

042fe8f5a6 Add fork features: host view sync, grouping, image compress, freistellen 
Host can force all clients to their camera; selection Group/Ungroup with
synced groupIds; WebP/PNG preprocess and Tower rembg/white-key freistellen
on insert or via selection actions (save format 0.7 / INFPNT000007).
