Tommy Chow d22c980454 fix native player freezing indefinitely on buffer stall ... Handle buffering/error activity states that were silently ignored, causing a frozen frame with no loading indicator. Add two-stage stall recovery (seek to live edge after 8s, full HLS refresh after 16s). Stop forcing paused state on transient API failures and restore playback on app resume unless the user explicitly paused.
