Tommy Chow 36aa5e7368 fix(video): regenerate video store bindings ... 880a9c9 added the handleAndroidPipChanged and _setPipActive actions to VideoStoreBase without regenerating the mixin, so neither was wrapped by the MobX action controller. Both still ran, but their observable writes landed as separate notifications instead of one batched transaction — extra rebuilds on every PiP transition.
