Add common emote class
...
When deserialized, emotes have different fields with conflicting names
and extraneous fields. This new class allows for a common class that
prevents type errors.

Rename Channel object to Stream
...
Channels represent any channel, offline or not. Streams represent live
channels, or streams, and is what is being requested for in the API.
