fix(video): bump native player to restore real ios latency measurement
The previous fork rev measured iOS latency as seekableEnd - currentTime, which reads ~0s whenever playback is healthy (AVPlayer hugs the manifest edge). That made the latency display a constant 0s and silently disabled the 30s high-latency auto-recovery and chat delay auto-sync on iOS. The new rev restores the program-date-time wall-clock measurement (matching ExoPlayer's currentLiveOffset on Android) and keeps the edge distance only as a clock-drift floor. Also picks up the SPM iOS 14 minimum bump. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
