bump native player fork for ios/android lifecycle hardening

picks up the frosty-patches changes that pair with the chat-only
disposal fix in this branch:

- ios: deactivate AVAudioSession in SharedPlayerManager.removePlayer
when the last player is gone (not just on clearAll), so the audio
subsystem releases as soon as the dart side disposes the controller.
- ios: canUseNetworkResourcesForLiveStreamingWhilePaused = false on
live items so paused live HLS doesn't keep refreshing seekable ranges
  in the background.
- ios: subscribe to AVAudioSession.mediaServicesWereResetNotification
(apple QA1749) and surface as an error event so the host can refresh.
- ios: drop the dead per-view AVRouteDetector and skip the live HLS
position/duration computation in the periodic time observer.
- android: setWakeMode(WAKE_MODE_NETWORK) on both shared and non-shared
players — partial wake lock during playback only, released on pause.
- android: release the non-shared player in handleDispose, null the
  initial-state callback in EventHandler.onCancel, drop a dead no-op
  position-update runnable from NotificationHandler.
