chore(video): bump native player to media3 1.10.1 / ios 15 floor rev

Pulls in media3 1.9.2→1.10.1 (HLS stream-fallback and init-segment
fixes), removal of the unused legacy androidx.media dep, the iOS 15
deployment floor with availability-guard cleanup, and the migration off
sync AVAsset APIs deprecated in iOS 16.
